Raine's second grade music program was last night. He was "chicken little" and very proud of it! I was a little concerned that I'd have made a chicken costume only to have him refuse to wear it. But, I should have known my little ham would love the attention. It was one of the most enjoyable kids' programs I've attended.
PS - Yes, I know I'm a slacker. Lots of past news to give. Yes - we're in the house. Yes - I still need to post photos. No - I'm not promising anything. :)
The carpet is installed and the appliances get delivered tomorrow. Then, tomorrow afternoon, we close on the house. There is still some painting that needs to be done, so we might not be moving totally until that's done. But, who knows. Hope to post pictures more often, but don't hold your breath.
I only got one decent picture of the backsplash in progress. They should finish up soon, so I hope to have better pictures soon.
More flooring (which is really dusty) and they've started on the tile.
Yay! They've started on the wood flooring and will probably start the tile soon.
Sorry for being so slow with the pictures, but there hasn't been that much visible stuff going on. Trimwork is exciting, but there's only so many pictures of baseboards you can take. This week they are starting on the flooring, so I'm sure I'll take more pictures.
Lots of things going on.... cabinets are stained. Trim is started. Our tub, finally was shipped. It fits! We're putting the electrical trim. I've put in the recessed trim (It's pretty easy).
